Breakdown of displays cannot be undertaken until the end of the show at 4.00pm unless advised accordingly by Leading Edge Events & Media management/organiser.
(The organisers of the Aero Engineering 2010 Exhibition make every effort to ensure that all co-locating conferences / exhibitor space locations are as shown, however, in exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary to alter conference programs / location of booths or layout of the show floor, whereby any affected delegate/ speaker/ exhibitor will be informed immediately).
