Shell, sign fascia, black carpet, x2 spotlights and x1 500w socket - fitted/dismantled by Melville - general contractor for the event.

All space booked as "SPACE ONLY" must ensure that suitable flooring is laid and any display meets Health and Safety standards in accordance with terms and conditions. PL insurance must be evident.

SPACE ONLY - area as marked on floor plan/sold - all other items must be supplied by exhibiting company or can be ordered directly through Melville.

NB: Displays exceeding 4m height / 'Complex structures' - see Health & Safety for advice on whether:

An independent Structural Engineer will be required to sign off if required /all relevant information/paperwork should be passed to Health and Safety representative.

'HOT work on site must also be declared so the appropriate administration can be completed with health and safety, ie (welding, etc).

PLEASE ENSURE ALL PAPERWORK IS PREPARED WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT.
